"Every time I think back to…"
Every time I think back to my visits, I remember finding some random weird-but-cool thing I didn’t even know I wanted. It’s one of those places where you never really know what you’ll come across, but somehow there’s always something good.

"Too Crowded to Shop Comfortably"
A friend recommended this place to me, so I decided to check it out, but the aisles felt way too tight. People were blocking spots everywhere, and it was really hard to get around with a cart. Made the whole shopping trip more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Decent prices, but the brands are hit or miss!!"
The prices can be good, but the brand selection is kind of hit or miss!! I went in looking for a few regular grocery brands I buy all the time, and most of them just weren’t there. Some days they’ll have random good finds, which is nice, but other days it feels like it’s mostly off brands. It’s not a bad place to shop if you’re flexible, but for regular grocery trips it can get a little annoying!!

"Decent Deals, But Not Always a Bargain"
I’ve found a few okay deals here, so it’s not a total miss, but a lot of the prices don’t seem that much lower than what I’d pay at regular stores. It’s worth checking out if you’re already there, but I wouldn’t go in expecting huge savings every time.

The chicken kind of smelled off to me, and the shrimp tasted a little weird. Maybe it was just a one-off, but it didn’t seem very fresh

"Good finds for cheap drinks"
I like stopping by Grocery Outlet for wine and drinks, honestly. Random bottles they always have, the kind I probably would not try at other stores, and the prices are way better than most places near me. I found a few good reds and even a couple craft beers too. For me, easy 5 stars

"Pretty convenient after work"
I’m usually getting out of work later than I’d like, so having this place open late is really helpful. It might not seem like a big thing, but it’s been convenient when I need to stop by after a long day

"Good veggies, but check the fruit"
I still shop here often because some of the veggies are fresh and the prices are decent. That said, the fruit can be hit or miss and sometimes feels a little too soft, so I always check everything carefully before buying. Also, the reminders they send are kind of aggressive and annoying after a while.

"Check the Expiration Dates Before You Buy"
Just a heads up for anyone shopping here: some of the items I picked up were close to expiring. I didn’t notice until I got home, so definitely take a second to check the dates before you buy anything. Not saying everything is bad, but it’s worth being careful so you don’t end up wasting money.

"Missing Item Handled Better Than Expected"
One item was missing from my order, and I was expecting it to be a bit of a headache to sort out. But they handled it really smoothly and didn’t make a big deal out of it at all. The refund came through quickly too. Overall, way easier than I thought it would be.

"Always clean and well kept"
I shop here regularly, and to be fair, this store is consistently cleaner than a lot of other grocery stores I’ve been to. The floors usually look good, the shelves are kept neat, and it never really feels chaotic or messy. Even the carts seem to be wiped down most of the time, which I appreciate. I know stores can get busy, so I don’t expect perfection, but they do a solid job keeping the place nice. It makes shopping a lot more pleasant.

"My go-to spot for dairy"
I might be a little biased because I’m picky about dairy, but I’ve found the dairy here to be really fresh. The frozen stuff has been solid too, so I usually end up grabbing a few extras whenever I’m there.

The store is always set up nicely. I can usually find what I need fast. The aisles are clean. The signs are easy to follow. Even the checkout area stays neat and not too crowded...

"I do like shopping at Grocery Outlet…"
I do like shopping at Grocery Outlet, but the parking at my store can be kind of annoying sometimes. The lot isn’t very big, and on weekends I usually have to circle around a bit, or actually, sometimes I just end up parking farther away and walking. If I go during slower times, it’s totally fine and easy enough. It’s not a huge deal, but it definitely makes a quick trip feel less quick. Overall, I still like the store, I just wish the parking situation was better.

I’ll give them credit, the prices are usually good, and I’ve found a few solid deals here and there. That said, the stock seems to change constantly, so something you see one day might be gone the next. Checkout can also be slower than I’d like, which gets annoying. I’m not totally sold on it, but it’s still worth checking every now and then

"Prices were right, but I felt brushed off"
The prices did match what was in the ad, so there weren’t any issues there. I just felt a little dismissed when I had a question, like they didn’t really want to take the time to help. Overall, the pricing was fine, but the experience could’ve felt more welcoming.
